Blümchen Coffee is café operated under PT. Cocoon, since 2002, dedicated to produce world’s finest coffee and brings smile to every customer in each cup of coffee.
To ensure quality, Blümchen Coffee carefully selects the finest green bean from coffee field in Sumatra Island. Then devotedly controls throughout the roasting process, packaging, serving and delivery.
Each one of our signature blends and single origin coffees are roasted in small batches which are carefully controlled to fully develop their unique characteristic and flavor and to ensure the freshness of the coffee.
Roasting specialty coffee is both an art and a science. Our modern roasting equipment ensures consistency, while we artfully bring each batch to its fullest flavor.
Besides owning a café, PT. Cocoon is the sole distributor of Pomona which is produced by Kaffa Company from South Korea. Pomona provides essentials products for coffee and drinks such as syrups, powders, sauces, and smoothies.
